The external works include lateral extensions at the ground floor, a 4-storey vertical extension to increase the NLA to 95,000sq. ft and new projecting balconies on typical upper levels. Internally, the building cores will be fully refurbished, and the building services modernised.

Built will also complete improvement works to the existing courtyard and public realm within the Devonshire Square campus, delivering improved pedestrian routes, wayfinding, lighting, soft landscaping, and outdoor amenities.
