The project scope comprised the strip out of the existing building finishes and the subsequent fitout of the main floors to a Cat A incorporating refurbished services, raised access floor, ceilings and partitions, amenities and communal areas.
The ground floor lobby was fitout to a high specification including new entry doors and vestibule, timber flooring, new reception desk, feature ceiling and wall finishes and new architectural lighting.
