GDI Property Group has appointed Built’s WA team to construct the $57m Westralia Square II. Soon to become one of WA’s most sustainable buildings, Westralia Tower II will be the latest addition to the iconic Westralia Square precinct in the heart of Perth.

Consisting of a 12-story premium office tower and podium revitalisation, the $57m tower will incorporate timber floor plates into its steel structure to significantly reduce its carbon footprint.

The building is one of the first office towers in WA to be delivered under the NCC 2019 codes and has been designed to achieve a 5 Star NABERS and 5-Star Green Star rating. On completion Westralia Square II will be one of Perth’s most environmentally friendly buildings.

Well underway, the project has recently seen the erection of its tower crane and continues to work towards anticipated completion in the second half of 2022.
