60 King William Street Project Launch
Built recently celebrated the official project launch for our newest project in Adelaide, 60 King William Street for repeat client Charter Hall.
This $450m project, will comprise 40,000sqm of office space and 3,600sqm of retail space for 3,500 commercial and retail workers and will include a PCA A-Grade 14-storey office tower with state-of-the-art facilities, alongside a new retail, food, and lifestyle precinct.
Built is very proud to be the project delivery partner for this project following recent success in Adelaide with the delivery of GPO Exchange in 2019. The official launch was celebrated with key stakeholders and media including, Senator for South Australia and Federal Finance Minister, Hon. Simon Birmingham, Federal Minister for Government Services, Stuart Robert, Premier of South Australia, Hon. Steven Marshall, Lord Mayor of Adelaide, Sandy Verschoor and Charter Hall Office CEO, Carmel Hourigan.
Construction works have commenced on this project with completion anticipated mid-2023.
