The works included the demolition of the existing reception and bar area to make way for new fitout; remove existing carpet throughout and replace with timber flooring; re-paint throughout; replacement of existing lighting and install of hanging art rail; install client supplied art frames and all plumbing, fire and electrical services for new areas.

The works were staged to enable the hotel to operate as normal during the refurbishment.
