QT Perth is a boutique hotel with 205 guest rooms and residential apartments, lobby, reception and café, restaurants, function rooms, gym and rooftop bar with terrace and custom operable roof. The construction included the demolition of the existing building to make way for this new concrete and punch-window construction with a multi-level basement.
