Built Development Group has entered into a project delivery agreement with Liverpool City Council, to deliver a new civic hub incorporating:

• A 2,800m2 library
• A 13,000m2 commercial office building which house Council’s new office facilities
• A basement public carpark
• A civic plaza fronted by retail facilities

Built will also develop as part of the approved master plan for Liverpool Civic Place:

• A 24 storey A-grade commercial office building, to be known as 44 Scott Street, comprising 19 commercial office levels and lower ground and upper ground retail floor space
• A nine-storey hotel comprising 84 rooms and ground level retail floor space
• A four level basement, including 151 parking spaces
