Overview
The New Way Forward:
Built was engaged to undertake the extensive refurbishment of the Cordis hotel in Auckland.
The works consisted front of house areas including reception, cocktail lounge, function spaces, guest lift interior and club lounge.
The project also comprised the refurbishment of 394 suites and 17 executive suites.
All works were undertaken in a live environment on an accelerated programme with the hotel operating throughout the works.
