Works included delivery of a new restaurant, three bars, an expansive outdoor plaza, family areas, a dedicated tasting room, a microbrewery, a whisky distillery, an interactive history display, and an underground stillage capable of housing 5,000 whisky barrels.

“This new visitor centre is about celebrating our history and our originality, with an emphasis on what makes Coopers different,” said Dr. Tim Cooper, AM.

The unique curved design of the two-storey development is inspired by the iconic Coopers rondel label – the curved structures encompass a sloping amphitheatre which showcases the brewery grounds and the malting plant.
