The scope of works included high-quality upgrades to the existing Lower Ground, Upper Ground and Level 1 retail floors and refurbishment of the food court to deliver new benchmarks in design, ambience and food offerings.

The refurbishment also includes the removal of 8 escalators and installation of 6 new escalators, a new 3 level glass and steel lift and a backlit skylight above the food court, requiring complex alterations to the structure, slab infills and integration with existing services.
