This project was unique and challenging, located in a constrained site with multiple stakeholders within a live CBD environment.

The success of Built’s previous work demolishing the Adelaide Festival Centre Car Park and knowledge of this site provided us with an understanding of the geotechnical and water ingress difficulties to be faced.

This logistically challenging project required four tower cranes, management of stormwater, sewer and waterproofing together with lifts and services infrastructure all in a live environment.
