Occupying a prime corner location and historically regarded, the building’s redesign entailed a radical renovation and modernisation of the building’s 10 storeys of commercial space, creating a world-class office environment.
The refurbishment also included enhancement of the heritage-protected façade.
State-of-the-art tenant facilities, brand new end-of-trip facilities and club-style concierge services are integrated into the design and base build, with significant campus-style floor plates included around the atrium.
A new retail, food and beverage hub with public access was added to the ground floor.
